Base Pay Range $95,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr
School Principal Responsibilities
Lead the school’s academic, operational, and cultural initiatives across all grade levels
Support and mentor teachers to maintain high instructional standards and individualized learning practices
Build and nurture positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Ensure curriculum and programs align with the school’s mission and state standards
Promote the school’s character education program, including recognition of monthly character traits and student achievements
Oversee after‑school programs, extracurricular activities, and faculty meetings
Manage budgets, scheduling, and school operations efficiently and transparently
Foster an inclusive, safe, and respectful learning environment for all
Represent the school professionally at district and community events
Uphold all charter and state education compliance requirements
School Principal Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or Administration
5+ years of leadership experience in an educational setting
Strong classroom management and instructional development skills
Proven ability to build trust, motivate teams, and handle challenges with professionalism
Hands‑on, collaborative, and highly visible leadership style
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Ability to work flexible hours as needed for school events and meetings
Fingerprinting, background check, and orientation required prior to start
