About the role Be the engine behind new‑product introduction by planning, purchasing, and configuring new and repeat projects across divisions. You’ll build and maintain item master data (parts, BOMs, routers), coordinate production flow, and ensure clean handoffs from customer requirements through manufacturing.
What you’ll do
Release/schedule work orders to meet customer demand and coordinate production workflow.
Purchase materials, negotiate with vendors, and ensure on‑time delivery for projects.
Create/maintain part numbers, BOMs, and routers; configure new projects in the ERP with application engineering and cross‑functional teams.
Keep databases current with Customer Change Management entries from customer sites; delegate tasks to different Therm‑x manufacturing sites and track accurate data capture.
Drive cross‑functional meetings, ensuring internal NPI documentation is complete with action items, owners, due dates, and risk mitigation.
Prioritize and resolve production conflicts to maximize performance and minimize disruption.
What you’ll bring
Ability to operate independently across divisions, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly.
Strong Microsoft Office skills; working knowledge of ERP systems.
Analytical rigor to build configurations and make sound decisions; meticulous follow‑through across multiple projects.
(Level II) Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; 2+ years in a similar manufacturing role. (Level III) 5+ years in configuration management or similar.
