Job Description Parsons is seeking a creative and agile Marketing Coordinator to support our Federal Aviation programs as part of the Corporate Affairs team. This role will play a key part in executing high-impact marketing initiatives that elevate program visibility, drive stakeholder engagement, and support long-term strategic growth.

The ideal candidate has experience working in government, or federal aviation sectors, and thrives in fast-paced environments. They bring strong graphic and creative development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to help deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the development and execution of the Federal Aviation marketing strategy and campaign roadmap

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling creative assets

Assist in messaging development, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications

Manage fast-turnaround deliverables and ensure quality under tight deadlines

Coordinate with the Corporate Affairs team to identify and promote early program successes

Track and report on campaign performance metrics across media relations, social media, and advertising

Contribute to the development of business cases and marketing plans that support program implementation

Partner with the External Communications team to guide creative direction and ensure brand alignment

Present ideas and final deliverables to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field

5+ years of relevant experience or 9+ years of experience in lieu of Degree

Experience in government, or federal aviation industries

Strong graphic design and creative development skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast-paced deadlines

Collaborative and adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills

Metrics-driven mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual impact

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools preferred

Ability to travel up to 25%

Must be a US Citizen
