Job Description Must have technical/functional skills. We are seeking a seasoned SAP FI/CO Consultant with strong analytical and leadership skills, and hands-on experience in Central Finance, S/4HANA, MDG workflows, and SAP BTP integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and driving process excellence.
Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking)
Proven experience with SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA implementations
Strong understanding of MDG (Master Data Governance) workflows and configuration
Experience with SAP BTP services including integration suite, API management, and event‑driven architecture
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SLT, AIF, and SAP Activate methodology
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP FI/CO implementations and enhancements, focusing on Central Finance and S/4HANA
Design and implement MDG workflows for financial master data governance and compliance
Integrate SAP systems with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for enhanced connectivity and innovation
Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to streamline processes and improve reporting
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and cross‑functional teams
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Conduct system testing, user training, and post‑go‑live support
Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and integrations
Generic Managerial Skills

Effective leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive consensus
Experience managing scope, risks, and change control in dynamic environments
Salary Range $120,000 - $140,000 per year
