About the Role
This role is ideal for a professional with 5+ years of experience in UHNW Wealth Management, who thrives in a collaborative, client-first environment and wants to deepen their exposure to complex planning. The Wealth Advisor will act as a project manager and trusted point of contact for clients, working closely with senior advisors to deliver integrated, high-touch wealth management across all areas of advanced planning. Responsibilities
Serve as a project manager for assigned clients, overseeing the implementation of planning strategies across: cash flow, education, and investment planning; estate and trust strategies; lending, insurance, and risk management solutions; and donor-advised funds, foundations, and philanthropic planning. Prepare and participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes, managing follow-ups, and coordinating across teams. Lead preparation of client review materials, proposals, and custom reporting. Partner with senior advisors and planning teams on cash-flow modeling and scenario analysis. Build trusted relationships with client families and their external partners (estate attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals). Ensure all activity aligns with compliance, fiduciary, and firm policies. Qualifications
Required: 3–5+ years of experience in a client-facing advisory or planning role within an RIA, broker-dealer, or multi-family office. Series 63/65/66 (or equivalent). Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and advanced planning tools such as donor-advised funds, 529 plans, lending solutions, and insurance planning. Familiarity with estate planning and asset management fundamentals. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a client-centric mindset. Preferred: Experience serving privately held business owners or families experiencing liquidity events. Experience with planning and CRM platforms (e.g., eMoney, Orion, Salesforce).
