Responsibilities

Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner

Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions

Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster

Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary

Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner

Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License

Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Self‑motivated and able to perform tasks independently

Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car

Driven, motivated and desires professional growth

In order to earn commissions, you must have a real estate license.
