Field Marketing Manager role at StorQuest Self Storage, part of The William Warren Group (WWG). As a member of the WWG/StorQuest team, you will contribute to a creative, inspiring, and collaborative culture and help drive local marketing initiatives aligned with corporate brand programs. Responsibilities
Drive store-level and RV park revenue through marketing plans addressing local and regional business objectives. Identify field opportunities for designated stores/parks and collaborate with regional Operations, Data Intelligence, Asset Management, and Store Managers. Report to the Vice President of Marketing and coordinate with Asset Management, Divisional Director of Operations, and RV Park Operations to ensure regional alignment with brand initiatives and store/park business plans and budgets. Manage owner relationships and facilitate communication of brand updates and priorities. Provide subject matter expertise and training; support new stores and parks including pre-opening, acquisitions, and occupancy-challenged facilities. Develop store opening local marketing plans and RV park acquisition plans to accelerate ramp-up and maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated plans for openings, acquisitions, or at-risk properties. Coordinate with vendors on signage, in-store materials, website updates, press releases, and visual displays. Lead and communicate marketing programs to ensure alignment with corporate and brand priorities. Provide regular reporting and insights on marketing initiatives; formulate strategic plans based on analytics and performance with measurable ROI. Apply integrated marketing knowledge with an emphasis on digital media within the marketing mix; analyze across media types. Partner with Asset Manager to address questions about strategy, campaigns, digital and brand performance. Demonstrate commitment to WWG and StorQuest core values; lead team initiatives and pursue growth opportunities. Generate new ideas and collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and partners to represent the brand at a high level. Lead and manage projects from start to finish; monitor reputation management and respond to issues at the local level related to renting or RV park stays. Experience: 3-5 years of proven field marketing management experience, preferably in self-storage or multi-unit operations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred. Leadership: Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem solver. Relationship skills: Team building and ability to develop sustainable working relationships within a team. Computer skills: MS Office proficiency; comfortable learning new applications. Organization/Multi-tasking: ability to manage time, deadlines, multiple priorities, and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication.
