Tide Services exists to take care of people and their clothes. We are a Franchisor with two concepts: Tide Cleaners and Tide Laundromats. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, we deliver value to our Guests, our Franchisees and P&G. We are transforming out-of-home laundry by bringing convenience, innovation and sustainability to communities through our locally owned and operated franchised locations.

Position Overview Drive franchise system growth and brand awareness with prospective franchisees for both Tide Services concepts: Tide Cleaners and Tide Laundromat.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and promptly respond to all franchise inquiries via phone, email and in person (at trade shows or other functions).

Proactively outreach to prospective multi-unit franchisees in strategic growth markets.

Pre-qualify prospects, including receiving Requests for Consideration; analyzing data on financial statements and bank/investment account statements; verifying financial qualification; etc.

Review and analyze initial franchise submissions with prospects and VP of Franchising.

Ensure that all items are completed in the Franchise Qualification Process, including credit/criminal background checks.

Analyze demographics and other data with the Development team to determine where units may be located and how many units an area will support. Discuss the information with prospective franchisees.

Work with PR company to execute strategy to deliver increased pipeline and brand awareness.

Assist in coordinating and facilitating Guest Visit meetings.

Create and discuss other franchising reports as needed.

Assist in creating franchising-related materials.

Address in a positive, professional manner all miscellaneous franchising-related matters, as they arise.

Assist in preparation of the Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”) and competently discuss its contents with prospective franchisees and internal personnel.

Send FDDs to prospects and other parties, as needed, and obtain FDD Receipts for our records.

Prepare franchise Lead Reports which help to determine effectiveness of franchise advertising and PR efforts.

Prepare completed Franchise Review Board packages and work with other departments (e.g.,Legal, Finance, Operations, CEO) to obtain Franchise Review Board approvals.

Assist with budgets, forecasting and other projections related to franchising.

Assist in other company projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent sales experience preferred

One to two years of experience preferred

Previous Sales Support experience required

Franchise/Franchisor experience preferred

Work Type:

Hybrid – 3 days in the office

Salary Range:

Starting at $70,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
