The Sales Director will lead the development and execution of Bnewfuels’ sales strategy to drive revenue growth and establish strong market presence for the Gulfport facility and beyond. This role requires a proven track record in building and scaling sales operations—ideally within industrial, energy, or manufacturing sectors—and a strong ability to align commercial objectives with company growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:
Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
Lead Business Development Efforts:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business partnerships, distributors, and clients across key regional and national markets.
Build and Manage Sales Team:
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team capable of exceeding growth targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long‑term growth.
Market Analysis & Forecasting:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
Collaboration with Leadership:
Partner with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business plans and production capabilities.
Reporting & Metrics:
Develop performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and present regular updates to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
8–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success developing and executing sales strategies in manufacturing, energy, or related industrial markets.
Experience launching or expanding sales operations in new markets or startup environments.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; familiarity with Gulf Coast and Puerto Rico markets is a plus.
