Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Proven ability in Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Training Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Reporting Knowledge of the hospitality industry and understanding of sales cycles Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred Ability to work hybrid, with flexibility in location and schedule
