We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Pre-Sales Infrastructure/Network Design Engineer to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is located in New York City.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Develops Client-specific designs in PowerPoint and Visio using approved solutions
Provides technical oversight to clients throughout onboarding process
Serve as a technical SME for client connectivity
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required; 10 - 12 years of application or infrastructure related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
Well versed in network extranet technology
Comfortable presenting Extranet design to External Clients, Vendors, and Partners
Understands application flow through a private Extranet connection, with respect to Firewalls, Load-balancers, and routers
Ability to support and manage technical troubleshooting efforts

Compensation and At-Will Employment BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $170,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary is determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location, and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, incentive programs, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary or other compensation at any time, including for reasons related to performance, geographic location, company or department needs, and market factors.
