Travelers is seeking a dynamic Agile Product Owner to lead a cross-functional team in delivering capabilities and solutions that support Business Insurance's Premium Pipeline and Processing applications within the Data & Analytics Value Stream. What Will You Do?

As the primary voice of the end-user, translate business requirements by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams and converting data needs into actionable technical requirements. Manage application development: oversee application enhancements, production support, and technical currency updates. Streamline processes: develop efficient intake processes and procedures to organize and prioritize work across interconnected Business Insurance systems. Lead delivery: guide team execution to deliver high-quality capabilities and solutions that meet business objectives. Serve as the primary liaison between business users and development teams. Define and prioritize product backlogs based on business value and stakeholder needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data and analytics solutions. Establish and maintain efficient workflows for managing requests across multiple interconnected systems. Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance. Contribute to making a significant impact on Travelers' Business Insurance data operations by ensuring data and analytics capabilities effectively serve end-user needs. Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for a smaller scale product team, focusing on outcomes rather than the exact means of completion. Act as voice of the end-user; understand customer feedback and ensure requirements are clearly defined; ensure work product meets defined acceptance criteria. Own team backlog, including prioritization and refinement; make trade-off decisions to maximize value. Communicate resource requirements with Circle Leads and peers; provide clarity on expected work plans. Break down portfolio-level epics into high-level features for forecasting and sequencing. Share best practices across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in ways of working within a value stream. Collaborate with a Scrum Master, Senior Manager Data Management, and Data Analysts. Support applications critical for reporting functions aligning revenue, loss, and other information to business structures. Foster an innovative, inclusive and diverse team environment, promoting positive team culture, collaboration and self-organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
