As a senior technical leader, you’ll drive the design and integration of cutting-edge AI capabilities into real-world products used by millions. You’ll work alongside a diverse, cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product thinkers to bring human-centered AI experiences to life—experiences that respect users’ time, data, and trust.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and deployment of advanced Generative AI systems (including LLMs and multimodal models) directly into end-user applications.
Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can meaningfully enhance the user experience, improve workflows, or provide intelligent assistance.
Partner with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver intelligent features at scale.
Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, continuously evaluating emerging research, tools, and trends to inform innovation and strategy.
Champion responsible AI development, ensuring ethical, transparent, and privacy-preserving practices across all initiatives.
Mentor engineers across the organization, fostering a strong technical culture and a spirit of continuous learning.
Contribute to technical vision and architecture across multiple teams and collaborate on long-term strategy.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer or applied scientist, with a strong focus on production-level AI/ML systems.
Hands-on experience deploying
LLMs and/or multimodal models
in user-facing environments. Deep expertise in machine learning fundamentals, including natural language processing, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or related areas. Proven track record of delivering ML-driven features in large-scale applications, especially in complex or distributed systems. Familiarity with modern ML frameworks and tooling (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), as well as experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience running experiments at scale, including
A/B testing, survey design, and performance evaluation. Strong alignment with principles of
responsible AI , including transparency, user consent, and minimizing algorithmic bias. Effective leadership in cross-functional and distributed teams; capable of driving alignment and momentum across varied stakeholders. Seniority level
