We are seeking an experienced professional in Talent Development to join our Employee Experience team. Talent Development strives for impactful business outcomes, empowers employees, and supports Adobe's digital innovation. In this role, your primary responsibility involves improving the efficiency and impact of our people leaders at Adobe. Provide leadership development expertise and consultation on organizational needs. Lead the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs and offerings. Incorporate a strong understanding of behavioral change and scalable solutions to lead and develop solutions. Work collaboratively and proactively with key customers, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform build and continuous improvement of learning solutions. Cultivate trusted relationships with Employee Experience and senior business leaders by understanding business challenges, desired outcomes, and how they translate into our leader development strategy Design and facilitate meetings, programs, and offsites for business teams as required What You Need To Succeed

Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness, including behavioral change, talent management, change leadership, high performing team effectiveness and coaching Understanding of external trends in leadership development Ability to develop relationships and partnerships across all levels of a global company, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills Demonstrated track record of impactful talent management/learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment Human capital or consulting experience with a variety of organizations, teams, or leaders Strong teammate with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong global business and financial foresight Travel may be required up to 25% of the time Requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in Human Resources, Consulting, or Change Leadership with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree Notice
