is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Global Fiber Team. This position is remote. The Technical Project Manager will have responsibilities in PM and ICT engineering and design management. Responsibilities Lead the overall management administration of the project and assist in establishing project-specific objectives and policies. Provide management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforce company and project policies, and serve as primary liaison between AECOM and the client interface. Oversee and ensure all facets of the project are executed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. Administer the project from budgeting and scheduling through procurement and contract closeout with significant profit/loss responsibility for the assigned project. Lead ICT design for ISP and OSP infrastructure, including planning, cost estimating, detailed and/or routine design, permitting, contractor identification and outreach, engineering reviews, and construction management. Propose solutions to solve new and/or complex problems encountered and demonstrate flexibility with regards to working schedule surges, travel, and supporting multiple projects/designers. Qualifications Minimum Requirements BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university plus 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. 8+ years of design experience with ICT infrastructure. Experience in Project Management. Preferred Qualifications Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) – BICSI. Outside Plant Specialist (OSP) – BICSI. ICT and Network hardware and systems proficiency. Proficiency with software including Revit, AutoCAD, Visio Professional, Bluebeam Extreme (Revu), ArcGIS, Microsoft Project, and other ICT-specific programs. Knowledge of Codes, Standards, and regulations including Permitting, State & Local Ordinances, IEEE C2, OSHA 1910, TIA Cabling/Data Center Standards, BICSI TDMM, and related manuals. Understanding of permitting and regulatory processes for telecom projects. Experience with international telecom projects and multi-stakeholder engagements. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks. Additional Information Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available for this position. Relocation is not available for this position. Offered compensation will be based on location and qualifications. The expected range is $115,000 - $165,000 per year.
