Responsibilities
Leading ground‑up and tenant improvement building and construction projects from precon through closeout
Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
Collaborating with a tight‑knit team that values transparency and accountability
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Retail/QSR Construction Project Manager in commercial construction
Proven track record in retail, big box, and QSR builds
Strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, and scheduling
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Willingness to travel as needed
