Conduct one-on-one accountability and performance sessions
Help agents implement proven systems and models
Coordinate training sessions that drive productivity and retention
Guide agents through contracts, listings, and buyer consultations
Support leadership in evaluating progress and achieving office goals
Create a results-driven environment built on encouragement and consistency
Celebrate agent milestones and recognize achievements
Continue to sell real estate
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Active real estate license is required
Strong background as a productive agent, team leader, or coach
Skilled in communication, accountability, and motivation
Organized, professional, and goal-oriented
Enjoys helping others grow through structure and mentorship
Compensation $150,000 per year
