Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for HCM-related initiatives, particularly involving ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage, or ADP Next Gen platforms

Collaborate with project managers, HR teams, and technical leads to understand change impacts and business needs

Conduct stakeholder assessments and readiness analyses to support adoption

Create communication plans, training programs, and support materials to drive employee engagement

Serve as a liaison between business units and implementation teams to address user concerns and ensure alignment

Monitor and measure change adoption and user feedback, and adjust strategies as needed

Provide coaching and guidance to leadership and internal change champions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in HCM or HR technology projects

Strong knowledge of ADP HCM platforms (Workforce Now, Vantage, Enterprise HR, etc.)

Familiarity with HR and payroll processes, best practices, and system implementations

Experience in developing and delivering change impact assessments, communications, and training

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills

Change management certification (e.g., Prosci®, CCMP®) is a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment

Preferred Skills

Experience working in enterprise environments with large‑scale HCM implementations

Understanding of regulatory and compliance impacts on HCM systems

Previous consulting experience highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly range: $50‑$70 based on qualifications and experience.
