Comprehensive / ASEG – Ophthalmologist – Full‑time, OD/MD
Location: Norfolk, VA
Practice: Eyes On Eyecare – a premier network of eye care practices in Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Our practice sees a mix of medical and vision patients and operates 48 clinics, including 5 surgery centers.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical eye care, including cataract surgery, laser procedures, and minor interventions.
See 45‑50 patients per day with a scribe and technician support.
Maintain high‑volume, independent surgical practice with full autonomy.
Collaborate with other MDs, ophthalmologists, and optometrists.
Qualifications
Medical degree in ophthalmology.
Completed ophthalmology internship/residency.
Valid state license to practice ophthalmology.
Experience or interest in high‑volume cataract surgery.
