Job Summary and Responsibilities

Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.
Job Requirements
A valid and unrestricted California medical license
Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
Completion of an accredited post‑graduate training program
2 years inpatient hospitalist experience strongly preferred

to join our team. As a Per Diem Hospitalist, you will lend support to our team of 20+ hospitalists and provide high‑quality patient care in a hospital setting, ensuring optimal outcomes in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care during day and overnight shifts.

Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well‑regarded 424‑bed acute care facility.

Compensation range: $1690.00 to $1890.00 per 12 hour shift.
