What We Offer:

Competitive salary, sign-on, and relocation assistance

Salary Range: $475,000–$500,000 annually + productivity incentives

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40k

Relocation Assistance: Up to $20k

Job Requirements

MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology

Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration

Strong clinical and communication skills with a commitment to team-based care

Interest or experience in program leadership and development preferred

Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse and underserved community
