We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Fusion Software Developer with a strong technical foundation and functional understanding of Oracle HCM modules. This intermediate-level role is ideal for professionals who excel in building reports, integrations, and customizations, while also supporting and configuring Oracle HCM applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and integrations using Oracle Fusion tools.
Configure and support Oracle Core HR and at least one of the following modules (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Time and Labor, Absence, Compensation, Help Desk)
Develop and maintain medium to complex customizations using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio).
Collaborate with global teams across time zones, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
Participate in and support formal change management and incident management processes.
Understand and apply security concepts, including:
Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
Data Security
Role-based access control
Maintain and modify custom roles to meet evolving business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM development.
Strong expertise in:
SQL scripting
Oracle Fast Formulas, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extracts
Data conversion tools (FBDI, HDL, HSDL)
API-based integrations (REST, ATOM, SOAP)
Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio.
Proven experience working in a global team environment.
Familiarity with change and incident management frameworks.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues independently.
Nice to Have:
Experience with:
Python
PowerShell scripting
Automation using tools such as Power Automate
Exposure to additional Oracle products (such as ERP, EPM, FDI, IDCS/OCI, OIC) or cross-functional systems.
Oracle certifications in HCM or technical development.
Experience or certifications on AI tools
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $122,000 - $157,000 plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
