Geisinger Primary Care Frackville, Frackville, PA Shift and Hours
Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Responsibilities
Outpatient-only schedule with flexibility to fit your lifestyle
Clinic hours: Monday & Tuesday 7:30 AM – 7 PM
Wednesday – Friday 7:30 AM – 5 PM
One evening per week required
Saturday rotation required (approx. 1 in 6)
Schedule:
36 clinical and 4 administrative hours per week
Collaborative care model with APP panel sharing
Robust support system: Up-To-Date access
Behavioral health collaboration
24/7 nurse call center
Centralized prescription refill team
Value-based care guides
Epic EMR
New Ambient voice dictation tool
to streamline documentation and reduce clerical burden
What We Offer
Compensation:
competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience
Up to $250k recruitment incentives
Residency/Fellowship stipend:
up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation
Continuing medical education:
15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
Fully paid relocation
401k:
Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
Academic involvement with medical students and residents
