This executive role is ideal for a finance leader with strong banking and analytical capabilities, ready to take charge of financial strategy in a scaling, acquisition-driven environment. The CFO will report to the board and serve as a peer to the CEO and COO, leading high-level financial planning and execution—not transactional accounting. Key Responsibilities
Develop financial models, forecasts, and predictive analytics for planning Lead M&A efforts, including diligence, deal modeling, and integration Manage banking relationships, debt structures, and covenant compliance Implement advanced capital and cash management strategies Deliver profitability insights across clients, teams, and service lines Collaborate with internal data teams using tools like Power BI Represent finance in board-level strategy discussions Lead and mentor a finance team and oversee external CPA relationships Qualifications
