Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and mentorship to veterinarians and support staff
Develop and maintain medical protocols that align with best practices

Support client communication, education, and service excellence
Collaborate with management on strategic planning and operational goals
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
Active or eligible California veterinary license
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong medical and surgical competency
