This position oversees clinical operations across Guilford County, NC, including Wake Forest High Point Regional Medical Center and the new Cancer Center and Outpatient Medical Complex in Greensboro, NC. It blends clinical practice with leadership in staffing, financial management, performance improvement, and safety initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight of all operational sites.
Practice clinically as a Medical Director.
Lead and develop staffing plans and scheduling.
Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost‑control initiatives.
Drive performance‑improvement projects and quality‑and‑safety programs.
Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for a North Carolina Medical License.
Board certified or board eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology.
