The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, including document management and database upkeep. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a proactive approach to handling various responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize reports by uploading them into designated folders and ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct audits and verify documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure information is current and accessible.
- Track and report data using Microsoft Excel, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Respond to inbound calls and provide effective assistance to clients or team members.
- Perform general receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Support various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and database management.
- Ability to maintain a focused and meticulous approach while interacting effectively with clients and team members.
