- Serve as the first point of contact for client communications, scheduling, and inquiries.
- Manage and organize the real estate office's daily operations, including maintaining schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation, editing, and formatting of real estate documents and contracts.
- Oversee and maintain office records and filing systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate property listings, marketing materials, and social media updates in collaboration with team members.
- Track and report office expenses, prepare invoices, and support payroll processing as needed.
- Facilitate communication between property managers, real estate agents, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and execute special projects as assigned by leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably within the real estate, property management, or similar industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate software (e.g., MLS, DocuSign) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-service mindset and a friendly demeanor.
- Real estate license or experience is a bonus but not required.
