What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition: Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and attract top talent across our specialized industries. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the process from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement. ATS Management: Utilize Bullhorn ATS to organize pipelines, track candidate progress, and ensure data accuracy. Client & Candidate Relationships: Deliver an exceptional experience with transparent, consistent communication and consultative support. Brand & Social Media Presence: Leverage your online presence to market job opportunities, promote the firm’s services, and expand your personal professional network. Market Insight: Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation data, and competitor movements to help guide client strategy. Performance & Growth: Achieve and exceed individual and team goals in a high-reward, commission-based environment. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recruiting experience within Human Resources, Administrative Support, Financial & Accounting, or Legal sectors. Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and client relationship management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Bullhorn ATS (or similar CRM/ATS systems). Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for connecting people and building relationships.
