Identify and source qualified candidates through direct calling, LinkedIn, and your own network.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with hiring companies through targeted email, direct calling, and referral marketing efforts.
Conduct in depth interviews to qualify skills and job fit
Creatively utilize social media to grow your network and attract top candidates
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience networking, engaging people, selling, and creating opportunity through your own efforts
Established track record of sales success in a corporate environment
Strong desire to grow professionally, personally, and financially
Unflappable personal and professional integrity
Team player, collaborative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Base salary $65-75k based on experience plus commission
