Base Pay Range
$35,568.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
- Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
- Call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- A degree is preferred but not required.
- Successful completion of GPAC training and all training requirements.
