- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- Prepare, edit, and organize professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other communications.
- Serve as a gatekeeper, handling incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests for the executive.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other leadership engagements, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and project planning.
- Liaise between internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Oversee special projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to organizational goals.
- Provide mentoring or guidance to junior administrative staff, as necessary.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant supporting senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity tools like Zoom, Slack, or project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and interpersonal interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding time management abilities with a proven track record of successfully managing complex schedules and prioritizing tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker who can troubleshoot issues and handle situations independently.
- Certifications: Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Microsoft Office Specialist certifications are a plus
- Event Planning: Experience coordinating events or managing logistics for senior-level meetings.
- Project Support: Experience supporting cross-functional projects or managing workflow automation tools.
