What's in it for you? As Digital PMO Manager, youll be responsible for managing the full life cycle of digital products in the Orthopaedics Supply Chain. You will oversee the stage gate process, ensure portfolio alignment with strategic goals, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration through facilitation of the digital council. You will own performance monitoring, financial management and maturity, resource management, and reporting. By championing Agile SCRUM practices, you will continuously improve processes to deliver innovative supply chain solutions that ensure the seamless delivery of Orthopaedics products to our patientsKeeping People Moving! Manage the digital product life cycle management stage gate process from intake through end of life. This includes evolving criteria for evaluating intake proposals to ensure alignment with a strategic portfolio plan, standardizing stage gate deliverables, and establishing an end-of-life process. Facilitate cross-functional Orthopaedic Supply Chain Digital Council forum to ensure accurate and timely customer understanding of product status, risks, and opportunities. Ownership of performance monitoring accountability for product portfolio database/tool, ensuring all project information and KPIs (status, timelines, financials, resourcing) are current and accurate for monthly and quarterly reporting. Ownership of the resource and capacity management process to ensure all products are adequately staffed and funded. Lead a team of Product Ownersfostering professional development and individual growth while driving an environment of accountability and collaboration. This includes leading the recruitment and resource management of headcount to support project execution. Facilitate the annual budget cycle and monthly financial reports. Guide the digital product teams to uphold the Agile SCRUM framework, its values, and principles ensuring the team understands and applies Agile SCRUM consistently and effectively. Continuously improve team LCM, PMO, and Agile processes. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Experience and Skills Required: 6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or software development including roles in Product Management, PMO, lifecycle management, or finance Demonstrable experience in Agile environments and Scrum; familiarity with Jira and Confluence Bias toward action with strong decision-making capabilities Proven ability to influence without direct authority and communicate clearly across functions Continuous improvement mindset Ability to build financial plans and formal business cases; experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources Preferred: Familiarity with E2E supply chain domains in MedTech or similar industry UX/UI design experience or familiarity partnering with UX/UI designers Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD Previous software development experience Familiarity with AI concepts Travel up to 10% (domestic and international) Equal Opportunity
