Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain Linux kernel components to improve performance, support new hardware, and ensure reliability.
Design, implement, and debug device drivers for a variety of hardware platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex kernel and driver issues, including hardware compatibility and performance bottlenecks.
Support production systems by monitoring kernel health and implementing necessary fixes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using version control systems and open‑source workflows.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven expertise in Linux kernel and driver development.
Strong programming skills in C and C++.
Experience with low‑level debugging, triage, and performance analysis.
Preferred Skills
Deep understanding of operating system internals and hardware‑software interactions.
Familiarity with kernel build systems, Git, and open‑source development practices.
Experience resolving kernel panics, hardware faults, and other system‑level issues.
Knowledge of full software development lifecycle processes.
Additional Information Role involves working with cutting‑edge technologies and prototype hardware.
