The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking experienced Information Systems Security Professionals
across the country to support information systems lifecycle activities. Responsibilities include assessments of systems and networks, ensuring conformance to configurations and policies, and supporting certification and accreditation activities. This includes process, analysis, coordination, security testing documentation, investigations, research, technology evaluations, audits, and PMO related activities. You will support government policy, participate in process tailoring, and document process activities. You will perform analyses to validate security requirements and recommend additional safeguards. You will support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) for each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparation, participation, result analysis, and reporting. You will document results of Certification and Accreditation activities and prepare Security Plans and POA&Ms. Periodically review audits and monitor corrective actions until closure. Basic Qualifications Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant technical experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 10 years of relevant technical experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant technical experience is required Must have a current DoD 8570 IAM level I equivalent (or greater) security certification (Examples: Security+ CE, CAP/CGRC, CASP/SecurityX, CISM, GSLC, CCISO, CISSP) Candidates must have a current DoD Top Secret/SCI level security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years OR must be enrolled in the DoD Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program, in order to be considered Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, a DoD 8570 IAM level III security certification (CISM, GSLC, CCISO, CISSP), and 10 years of experience with Certification and Accreditation of classified systems and RMF Knowledge of ACAS, NESSUS, SPLUNK, SCAP, POA&Ms, NIST, NISPOM, system audits, vulnerability scanning, and RMF package development preferred Active SCI with SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph, is preferred We offer flexible work arrangements, learning opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 9/80 schedule, and 401k matching.
