The Opportunity The Salesforce Administrator II will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform by leading project initiatives, enhancements, and assisting with troubleshooting end-user issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our CRM instance is configured, customized, and optimized to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders, drive operational efficiency, and enhance overall system performance. This role requires a strong understanding of advanced Salesforce functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and various stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into technical requirements and Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes
Configure and optimize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including but not limited to: user management, security settings, flows, approval processes, data management, Salesforce CPQ and Billing configurations
Manage platform-level initiatives to improve data quality, system performance, and process automation at scale
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations and data flow between CRM and key business systems (e.g. LeanData, Dialpad, Own, DataLoader, LinkedIn Navigator, VSCode)
Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce technical debt
Contribute to testing, release planning, and documentation, ensuring change management processes are followed and stakeholders are prepared
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and platform stewardship
What You Bring
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with with Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing
Proven success working on complex CRM initiatives and partnering across teams in a product-led environment
Strong skills in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration: flows, custom objects, validation rules, user roles/security, dashboards, etc.
Proficient with Salesforce data tools and architecture: Data Loader, SOQL, data quality best practices
Understanding of the full sales lifecycle and lead-to-quote workflows with knowledge in CPQ and Billing configurations (e.g. product catalog, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval workflows, billing rules, revenue recognition rules)
Salesforce certifications preferred: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder
Bonus: Experience with Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, or Apex/Visualforce
Bonus: Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions), Agile methodologies, and release planning
Bonus: Salesforce CPQ Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge business needs and technical execution
