This role is for a Senior Data Product Manager on a Data team that includes Data Pipeline/Platform Engineering, Data Architecture, and Data Governance. You will build, enhance, and scale data products such as data pipelines, datasets, reports/dashboards, APIs, ML models, playbooks, and frameworks that power AI and BI for MongoDB employees across a growing, high-impact company.

Partner with GTM Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions to ensure data products meet workflows; work with analysts, engineers, GTM stakeholders, and leaders to capture business processes and user needs; advocate for solutions with measurable business impact and explore the art of the possible.
Performance and Market Analysis: Define metrics and KPIs; track trends in modern data platforms and analytics tooling and incorporate insights into the roadmap.
Stakeholder Enablement: Create user-friendly docs, guides, and onboarding materials; partner with training and change management to drive adoption.
Adoption and Evangelization: Announce new features and datasets with targeted marketing to maximize awareness and adoption; lead re-launch efforts as needed to improve adoption.
Agile Product Management: Own agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; balance innovation with technical debt and deliver new features for GTM enablement.
Requirements
Proven Data Product Manager with 5+ years of product management experience, including at least two years focused on data products or platforms in a modern, high-growth company.
Experience working with GTM stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success); strong understanding of GTM operational processes.
Technical strength in data engineering, analytics, and data products; familiarity with modern data platforms, scalable architectures (lakehouses, medallion data), and enterprise-scale tooling.
