We are currently seeking an Associate Owner Relations Agent to join our team working remotely in Canada. This position will work Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT.

Performance Objectives

Answer incoming oil and gas owner relations phone calls from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. CST, assisting callers with basic FAQs

Log owner inquiries into a case tracking system

Log detailed messages for inquiries that would need to be escalated to more experienced Owner Relations Agents

Listen to voicemails and log into a case tracking system

Competitive Candidate Profile

Proficient in navigating CRM tools, ticketing systems, or other platforms efficiently

Accurately captures information and follows designated procedures

Articulates words clearly and professionally

Able to calm upset callers and manage tense conversations

Able to handle high call volumes

Being consistently available during work hours

High School Diploma

2+ years of customer service experience

Proficient in MS Applications

Physical Demands

Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions and utilize devices typically found in an office environment

Able to safely lift up to 35 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques

Ability to communicate effectively with another person

Regular and predictable attendance is required

Ability to work in a remote/work from home environment is required

Travel requirements: 0% or as required for company needs
