Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients’ progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy for each patient. Support and educate patients and their families to achieve maximum outcomes. Utilize critical thinking to deliver high-quality care. Strive to exceed patient expectations. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule
Scheduled Hours: 32 hrs/week, rotating weekends and holidays Work Shift: Days – 7a to 7p (2 x 12-hr shifts) and 7a to 3p (1 x 8-hr shift) Education
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licenses, Registrations, Certifications
State of Massachusetts RN licensure (or eligibility) BLS Certification ACLS, PALS Certification (required within 6 weeks of hire) Experience
Emergency Department experience required unless applying for a new grad/nurse in transition position. Licenses, Registrations, Certifications – Preferred

Pay Range: $35.85 – $77.82 This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed is the base hourly wage the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay at this time. Compensation will be governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Vaccination requirement: Beth Israel Lahey Health requires that all staff be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
