Enterprise Analytics Senior Analyst

MCS Puerto Rico GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsible for contributing to the organization's data analytics efforts. Working closely with the team to extract actionable insights from our data assets. Accountable for actively participating in data analysis and project execution, contributing to the overall success of the analytics team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conducts data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Collaborates with team members on complex analytical projects. Develops and enhances data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Creates and updates documentation regularly, and complies with the team's development procedures. Leads analytics projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Coordinates project tasks and resources within the team. Forges strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to gain deep insight into their analytics needs that effectively address their business challenges. Implements data quality checks, validation processes, and documentation to maintain data accuracy and reliability. Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics. Explore opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices. May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
Bachelor\'s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related discipline. At least three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in data analytics or related roles. Certifications / Licenses:
N/A Other:
Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL). Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Languages:
