Act as the strategic leader and CFO for assigned divisions
Responsibilities
Thought leader: Interpret data, develop solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership
Process leader: Drive accountability to action plans committed by the Divisional Vice President and divisional leadership team
Coach less quantitatively oriented leaders and teammates on how to manage a P&L and leverage data to drive growth and achieve operational excellence
Manager: Direct work and projects of and manage professional development for junior finance teammates
Essential Function
Growth management - develop long term forecasts; model new centers to secure capital funding for new facility development; drive accountability on committed actions
Operations analysis - utilize financial and other data to drive improvements in key performance metrics; drive accountability on committed actions
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - set treatment and cost budgets for multiple divisions; track performance and identify opportunities for improvement; drive accountability on committed actions
Direct projects and work and manage professional development of junior teammates
Other duties as assigned.

The Salary Range for the role is $110,000.00 - $146,000.00/year.
