In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company — building relationships with customers, providing solutions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and quality.
Essential Functions
Deliver outstanding customer service by answering calls, resolving issues, entering orders, and ensuring timely follow-up
Turn inquiries into opportunities — recommend complementary products, accessories, or replacements to meet customer needs
Prepare bids and quotations, then follow up to close the sale
Document all customer interactions and sales activities in our ACS system
Partner with Outside Sales to provide exceptional account management and support both new and existing customers
Help execute sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement
Stay up to date on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products through ongoing product and sales training
Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our database
Experience, Education And Skills
HS Diploma or equivalent
Bachelors degree is preferred
2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience
Experience within customer service at a manufacturer or industrial distributor is preferred
Experience or knowledge of industrial fluid process products is a plus!
Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers succeed
Demonstrated professionalism, and the ability to guide customers toward solutions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Persuasive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), able to type 40+ WPM, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM software
