What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with content leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute customer-focused content strategies
Conduct market research to understand user needs, trends, and competitor offerings
Build a network of potential authors and subject matter experts to ensure business continuity
Plan and propose market-focused content to drive business growth and deliver products on time and within budget
Monitor portfolio performance and troubleshoot with stakeholders to enhance profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
Education in Communications, English, Education, or a related field with knowledge of the publishing process
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a publishing environment or related industry
Familiarity with content development processes and market analysis
Demonstrated strategic thinking with a focus on both big-picture and detailed aspects of projectsWillingness to travel for conferences and meetings
