About The Role We’re seeking a

Field Safety Manager

who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a difference. This is an

entry‑level position

designed for someone with an interest in safety, construction, or leadership who’s ready to be trained and mentored by experienced professionals.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience visiting job sites, supporting crews, and helping drive our safety‑first culture across all divisions — Flat Roofing, Siding, Sheet Metal, and Service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and assist with jobsite safety inspections across active projects.

Identify potential hazards and help develop solutions to ensure safe, efficient work environments.

Support toolbox talks, safety meetings, and new‑hire safety orientations.

Help maintain OSHA logs, training certifications, and safety documentation.

Assist in investigating jobsite incidents and preparing detailed reports.

Partner with field leaders, project managers, and HR to improve safety programs and practices.

Learn to develop site‑specific safety plans and job hazard analyses (JHAs).

Participate in safety committee meetings and company‑wide safety initiatives.

Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience — field, service, or trade work preferred.

Strong interest in construction safety and a desire to learn and grow.

Excellent communication and observation skills.

A proactive, team‑oriented attitude with the confidence to speak up.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across Wisconsin.

OSHA 30‑Hour Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire).

Other Requirements

Must be able to pass pre‑employment screenings (background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report).

Ability to travel between job sites and headquarters as needed.
