$65,000 – $75,000 per year + annual bonus. Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on factors including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. Osaic is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to support the Treasury team in day-to-day operations. The Treasury team works closely with FP&A, Accounting and Operations, and manages the company’s public debt, cash forecasting, liquidity planning and management, and regulatory reporting. This role processes wires, monitors cash balances, manages short-term investments, and maintains banking documentation and relationships. The Treasury Specialist will support corporate debt management, cash forecasting, and liquidity management through detailed analysis and preparing materials for senior leadership. This role is ideal for candidates seeking growth in corporate finance and treasury operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Assist in preparing wire packages and verifying approvals Monitor bank accounts and support funding requests Review and escalate positive pay exceptions Help process check voids and stop payments Maintain user access for banking platforms Organize and file treasury documents Support audit requests and documentation Assist with updates to treasury policies and procedures Perform basic financial data entry and reconciliations Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc projects Maintain positive working relationships across departments Other duties as assigned Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic Requirements
0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury operations Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication Team-oriented with a willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Requirements
