What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell engineering software solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering and construction industry

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features and benefits

Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to gather client feedback for enhancements

Attend industry conferences and events to generate leads and build brand awareness

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Offshore/Civil/Structural Engineering or relevant experience

Minimum of one (1) year of technical sales experience in the Offshore Structural Industry or software sales

Familiarity with engineering software products, ideally SACS, MOSES, MaxSurf, STAAD, RAM, ADINA, or similar

Excellent English language and written communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate activities effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in Inside Sales, Financial Operations, or Customer Service within a software company

Positive attitude, eye for detail, and a resourceful, inquisitive nature

Strong cross-collaboration skills with internal departments

Ability to effectively present information via phone and web

Drive and accountability as a self-starter
