Proposal Analyst 2
to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in the Division Capture Excellence team in
Roy, Utah
facility.
This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You’ll Get To Do Secret clearance level required to start. The selected candidate must be able to work on site and be willing and able to travel if needed (up to 10%). Flexible/hybrid work arrangements may be possible at times and will vary based on proposal. The proposals we work on may include top Priority Wins, competitive pursuits, and sole source efforts. Candidates for this position will demonstrate a broad skill set that is balanced across leadership, collaboration, innovation, communication, project management, risk management, and proposal-based capabilities. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience working multiple projects simultaneously, performing to tight deadlines, possess excellent project management and time management skills, detail oriented, and solid communication skills.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of government contracts, subcontracts, estimating and pricing, finance, business administration or other related experience or 0 years of experience with a Master's Degree or 4 additional years in lieu of degree of related experience
Experience with MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience supporting time sensitive projects
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a defense/aerospace environment
Knowledge and understanding of the U.S. Government’s acquisition process including federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR)
Experience reviewing, understanding, and responding to customer requests for proposal (RFPs)
Experience supporting proposals
Active DoD Secret security clearance or a lapsed U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance within 24 months of position application
Working in a collaborative environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills and keen attention to detail
Salary Range Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
