Inventory Control Quality Assurance Associate

Role: ICQA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5pm–1:30am Pay: Scope of Work: Perform daily cycle counts Manage and maintain warehouse bins Identify and resolve inventory escalations or discrepancies Own SKU management including updating information, naming, and SKU details Effectively communicate with the warehouse and supply chain teams Lead continuous improvement of inventory management Perform all tasks as assigned Must be able to read, write, and understand/speak English How You’ll Make an Impact: Strong analytics or mathematics background 2+ years experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and analytical platforms, including the ability to analyze data using pivots and V-Lookups Strong technological proficiency and the appetite to learn new systems Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric Ability to work with ambiguity Provide a positive customer experience internally and externally What you’ll love about Odeko:
