We are looking for a motivated, passionate, hard-working individual to become our new Immigration Staff Attorney.

What You’ll Do As an Immigration Staff Attorney, you’ll be part of our frontline legal team serving clients in some of the most vulnerable positions. You’ll handle a full caseload, meet directly with clients, and work closely with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to deliver excellent legal service and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct intakes and legal consultations with potential clients.

Develop and execute legal strategies with empathy and precision.

Stay current with immigration law changes and contribute to internal training sessions.

Participate in community outreach events, legal clinics, and pro bono efforts.

Maintain friendly, client-focused service.

Demonstrate a strong, continuous improvement mindset.

Showcase creative problem-solving, flexibility, and prioritization skills.

Exhibit a can-do attitude and commitment to excellence.

Communicate effectively with honesty, empathy, and clarity.

Required Qualifications

2+ years attorney experience in immigration cases (VAWA, T- Visa, U- Visa, SIJS).

License to work in the United States.

Membership in the Bar.

Bilingual (Spanish fluent or native with English).

Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems and procedures.

Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong writing and IT skills (Google Workspace/Suite, Excel, Slack, Monday, Immigration Case Management Systems).

Passion for furthering immigrant rights.

Commitment and responsiveness toward clients, legal team, and CEO.
