Position Purpose:
The Nurse Coordinator works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Interventional Procedures to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. This position focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually. Employment Type:

Employment Type/ Shift: [ex FT/ Days] Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning. Leads, delegates and serves as a mentor to others on the team. Precepting and mentoring staff in application of the nursing process to plan and manage the care of patients with non-complex and complex bio-physio-socio-spiritual needs. Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program ADN; basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN) preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State. Certifications aligned with area of responsibility preferred. Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred. Position Highlights and Benefits
